Santiago® Quick-Start® Vegetarian Chili is a nutritious menu item that allows for back of house customization with the addition of seasoning and pre-cooked ingredients such as meats, diced vegetables or other beans.

Basic Preparation

STEP 1) BROWN 1 POUND OF GROUND BEEF IN A 4-QUART POT. DRAIN. STEP 2) ADD 2 QUARTS OF HOT WATER AND 1 POUCH OF QUICK-START HOME STYLE CHILI. STEP 3) HEAT TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER COVERED FOR A MINIMUM OF 15 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. STIR BEFORE SERVING.
