ROLAND COUSCOUS IS PRECOOKED. ADD BOILING WATER TO COUSCOUS USING A ONE TO ONE RATIO AND LET STAND FOR 7 MINUTES. COUSCOUS MAY ALSO BE PREPARED BY SOAKING OVERNIGHT IN DILUTED LEMON JUICE - AT THIS POINT TOMATOES, SHRIMP, HERBS AND SPICES CAN BE ADDED TO MAKE A SUMMER SALAD MEAL.
